Anger Management

How do you manage your anger. What do you do to manage your anger. We all have different techniques that we use I have changed my anger managing techniques over time just a bit. A minor tweak since I am older and need to act like it and not show frustration. I use working out as my go to now a days, listenin to rock or rap, writing pretty much anything I can do low-key to get my mind off the situation that upset me. I use to snap and go off the deep edge instantly when I was in school and played sports. I hit various objects, threw things punched objects, i have broke my thumb several times due to anger and frustration that has hit. Do you have a temper how do you get over it. I have found other ways to work through anger as I have matured and gotten older and smarter in my life. Working out, meditation, writing, taking some time to myself, these are my current stress relievers. What do you do, do you even know what you do or how you manage your anger or stress.
