Fad Diets
It is always interesting to hear people discuss fad diets when they are trying to lose weight. Not realizing that weight loss is a lifestyle change. I consider myself a rather healthy fit person and understand that exercise and nutrition goes together. You can lose weight quick but the long lasting effects will not last since you will still live the way you do and eat what you want and complain until you find the next big thing. Nothing comes easy it takes hard work, determination, and perseverance to achieve life lasting weight loss and physical fitness goals. I just don't understand nothing worth having comes easy when dealing with your health. Do they think about the long lasting health effects that this can be doing for their health and overall well being. I don't get it this constant dieting and fasting does more harm than good in my eyes. In moderation is what is known by those who have success in the weight loss and healthy physically fit living lifestyle not fad. You can not continue to eat what you want and exercise, you can not out exercise bad dieting habits. Healthy eating is the way to go use moderation in all things in life and you will see a change. Remember it doesn't happen overnight but with time and continued effort. The battle continues and it becomes a way of life and you realize that you can do without such things that you thought you so depended on before.
