The latest windows 10 update appears to be causing some users issues.
The latest update caused an issue with the security feature. The main issue caused by this update is causing the Windows Sandbox failure to launch on start. The sandbox feature is included with version 1903 for Pro and Enterprise users only.
A fix is suspected to be released with next months update with one possibly sooner.
The update does not cause any issues with the overall operating system.
